Book Review: Cloaked in Shadow by Benjamin Alderson

Cloaked in Shadow is book one in the Dragori Series by youtuber and publisher Benjamin Alderson. It takes in a fantasy world inhabited by elfs. And follows our main character Zachariah Trovirn and its about him trying to stay away form two things Petrer (the boy who broke his heart) and feeding his family. He and a group of other elfs from his village get summand one day to the Kingdom of Olderim which is the capital of Thessilonia. There he is forced to join King Dalior's army of shifters. But there's a slight catch. Zachariah isn't exactly a shifter and he doesn't know what he is until he meets the Prince and gets to spend some quality time with him. When three Elven continents declare war against one another Zachariah and his new friends join forces to try to save the ones they love before it's possibly too late.

My thoughts: I absolutely loved this book soo much!!! I have been a fan of Ben and his YouTube channel @BenAlderson for ages and when he announced this book i couldn't wait to get my hands on it. It deals with gay romance between elfs and is based in lands that remind me of Middle Earth from Lord of the Rings and has Elemental Magick (and he spells magic with a K) It's everything i love in one story. My favorite character has to be the prince, Prince Hadrian. Oh i just LOVE HIM SOO MUCH!!! And i can't wait to read Ben's short story about Prince Hadrian as well. But if you love romance, elemental magick, and elfs, you should deffinatly read this book!!!!!! :) I gave it a 5 out of 5 star rating because i loved it that much!! :)
