October 23

Current State:
Still an idea but I've actually written the end of the book.
Genre: Psychological Thriller
Writing the first draft in November.

This story has actually been in my mind for two to three months and small scenes have popped up here and there but it didn't feel ready to write yet until now. What's cool about this story is it's going to be my first Psychological Thriller novel that I've ever written. I'm in love with this story and it's going to be kind of like Riverdale where it's going to be focusing more on the aftermath of each person missing and it's going to focus on the victims instead of the killer. I'm so excited to write this. Plus I named it October 23 because I came up with the last scene on that day earlier this week. And I have them go missing at 2:15 pm because that's the time that I wrote the scene. I wrote it just before I went to my bowling class.

Be careful with how you treat people, because they can always come back to haunt you in the end.

October 23 is about a huge puzzle game of finding the murderer. Every year on October 23 at 2:15 pm someone goes missing. And then days or weeks or months later, they turn up dead. In the little seaside town of Lexington, there are still dark secrets that have yet been discovered by the outside world. What secrets are they keeping? Who keeps kidnapping and killing everyone? Is anyone truly safe in this town?
